In 2022 my health was really getting me down...
I was exhausted, no matter what I did or how much I slept, my mind was foggy and I had constant numbness and tingling in my hands and feet
It felt like my symptoms were getting in the way of EVERYTHING; my job, my social life, even just my ability to make it through each day
I had come to terms with my MS diagnosis and I was getting used to my 'new normal'
BUT I was so fed up of feeling crap all the time, having to call in sick to work & cancelling on my plans because my health was so unreliable
I kept thinking 'is this really how it's going to be... forever?'
I saw people thriving despite their chronic illness and I wondered how?!
Where do I even start?
So, in 2023 I decided to change that...
I set an intention of being a healthier happier me, I wanted to have more energy, less symptoms and get back to the 'old me'. The old me who didn't have to cancel plans all the time or call in sick to work.
At the time, this felt like an unachievable goal
I questioned myself, I doubted myself... but you know what? I DID IT
In fact, I felt better than the 'old me', I felt like a completely new person!
I focussed on some huge key shifts to my mindset, diet, movement & my lifestyle and everything changed...
